Who we are

This is the website of Brookshire & Company, the real estate business of Amanda M. Brookshire, Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty (Keller Williams Elevate and Keller Williams Gulf Coast). What you send us

When you fill in a form on this site (a note, a postcard, a question, a tour or call-back request, a home value request, a review or a search alert), we receive what you type: usually your name, a phone number or email, and your message or answers. Amanda uses it to answer you and to help with your purchase or sale. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Keller Williams except where your transaction needs it (for example a lender or title company you choose) or the law requires it.

A review you send is published only if you tick the box that allows it, and then only with your first name, last initial and town.

What stays in your browser

Some things are kept only in your own browser's storage and are never sent to us: the homes you save, the homes you have looked at, whether you lean to the mountains or the coast,. You can clear them at any time with "Clear this list" on the homepage or in your browser's settings.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

Other services this site uses

The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your browser's address when a page loads. Links to Google Maps, Amanda's Keller Williams site and her social profiles take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

When home listings come from the MLS, they are shown under the rules of the MLS that provides them.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying or selling property and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
