- What do homes here usually cost?
- Foley is where you buy a house instead of a condo and still get to the beach in the afternoon. The neighborhoods vary a lot, from older streets near downtown to new subdivisions, and so does the price. Tell me what you need and I'll send the ones that fit.
- How far is it to the beach?
- Far enough to be a town, close enough for an afternoon. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are a short drive south, and the Bon Secour shrimp boats are on the way. You trade the view for a yard and a quieter street.
- Do places here rent well?
- Long-term rentals more than weekly ones, since the beach towns take the vacation traffic. If you want a place that rents to a family for a year at a time, Foley is where I'd look first.
