- What do homes here usually cost?
- Fort Morgan is mostly raised beach houses, not towers, and the price runs from Gulf-front to bay-side to the quiet lots in between. Insurance and the flood zone are part of the number here, so I lay those out next to the asking price.
- Do places here rent well?
- Whole-house rentals for families are what the peninsula does, and houses with a pool and a short walk to the sand do best. Fewer rules than the condo towers, but I still check the county's before we plan on it.
- Which streets are closest to the beach?
- Fort Morgan Road runs the peninsula with the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other, so almost everything is near one or the other. The question is which water you want, and how far out toward the fort you'd like to be.
