What does a cabin here usually cost?

Blairsville is quieter than Blue Ridge and the valley farmland keeps some of it feeling like the country it is. Lake Nottely frontage and views toward Brasstown Bald are what move the price. Send me what you have in mind and I'll show you what has actually sold around it.

Do cabins here rent well?

Less of a rental town than Blue Ridge, which some buyers like, because the neighbors are neighbors. Lake and view cabins still rent to people who want Vogel and the lake. Union County's rules are the first thing I check.

What should I know about mountain roads?

The valley roads are easy; the ones up toward the ridges are not always. Check the grade, the surface and the winter access before you fall for the view, and ask what the road association, if there is one, actually does.
